
Make your own cheese ( in English)
Beschreibung
In our 2.5-hour workshop, you'll have the opportunity to make your own soft cheese. From acidifying and adding rennet to cutting, stirring, and filling the cheese, you'll carry out all the production steps hands-on in your own copper kettle using your own equipment. While the milk curdles, you'll enjoy a farm tour and gain insights into organic farming practices and our demonstration cheese dairy. The course concludes with a cheese tasting, and you can take your own cheese home to enjoy. No special equipment is required; everything is provided. All tools and materials are available for purchase afterward. You'll also receive a recipe and a certificate. All beverages, such as tea, coffee, and juices, are available throughout the course and are included in the price.
